We are excited to be working with this internationally renowned fashion showroom in Central London!
They are currently looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator for their Fitzrovia location.
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a luxury fashion company who are committed to the development and growth of Fashion RTW within the UK market and internationally.
As well as brand consultancy, they offer showroom rental for emerging and existing brands looking for pop up space at their beautiful showrooms in Fitzrovia, during the key selling windows.
The main duties of the role is to provide administrative support to the sales team to cover a variety of activities including:
- uploading seasonal product files
- inputting retailers’ orders
- preparing bulk order to supplier
- reconciling allocating and inputting deliveries
- Producing packing list and invoice
- stock control
- dealing with retailers’ queries
- alocating payments to client accounts
- credit control
The successful applicant will have:
- experience of a similar role
- experience in luxury fashion
- advanced excel experience
- numeracy skills
- good communication skills – to liaise confidently with both customers and work colleagues.
- interest & knowledge in luxury fashion
This full-time role and will be based at the London W1 office 4 days a week and 1 day working from home. Its walking distance to several London subway stations.
