Join a successful sales team as a Part-Time Sales Administrator and help them maximise time with clients.
Preferred hours are 8:30 am – 1 pm, Tuesday to Friday.
The role is hybrid, working one day in the Bow office.
THE ROLE:
– Co-ordinating diaries and meetings
– Preparing quotes
– Sending follow up emails
– Arranging site meetings
– Completing background research on potential clients
– Minimal PA duties.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
– Recent sales administration experience
– Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
– Professional and friendly telephone manner
– Strong interpersonal abilities.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
– £18,000 for the hours specified, equivalent to £36,000 full-time
– Commission for helping sales team, approximately £2,000
– 25 days holidays + public holidays + time off over Christmas and New Year.
