The Field Service Engineer – electronic products duties and responsibilities:
-Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair the companies complex electronic instrumentation products
-Diagnose and resolve technical hardware issues on connectivity, functioning and performance of instruments and their components.
-Organise your agenda and contact customers to schedule interventions.
-Use standardized processes and procedures to do maintenance and resolve issues.
Skills and requirements for the Field Service Engineer – electronic products role:
