They are a small, but highly ambitious company who require a Field Services Engineer to join this friendly team.
The Field Service Engineer – Electronic products is responsible for the service delivery of the products and services to our UK based clients. My client is happy for you to work within the South of the UK and arrange contractors to look after the North areas when required. This includes, liaising with Clients for product bookings, logistics of installing and collecting stations and the upgrade and maintenance of the products.
The field Service Engineer – Electronic products would be responsible for the maintenance and quality control for the companies’ products and providing support and assistance in troubleshooting technical issues.
They also support the research and development of the products, to increase accuracy and reliability, reducing cost and increase product functionality. They contribute and support continuous improvement on the Health Station to increase accuracy and reliability, reduce cost and increase functionality.
They can deliver troubleshooting, hardware and software, knowledge, and support.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES for the Field Service Engineer – Electronic products
Manage Health Stations connectivity
Upgrade station hardware and deploy new software releases as required
Continuous improvement efforts in the areas of accuracy, reliability, and increased functionality
Develop and implement policies, standards and procedures for any technical work performed for/by
Lead on safety, quality management and compliance requirements.
Assist with Group innovation work
Liaise with Head of Business Development to provide costings for tenders and proposals.
Liaise with Clients to arrange installations and address any issues with the health station network.
Set up and configure health stations according to Client requirements.
