REED Business Support are looking for a strong administrator to support a team. This is an excellent role for someone looking to develop their career.
This role is remote, Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00.
The Administrative Assistant is part of the administrative team and is responsible for supporting key aspects of the organisation. Responsibilities include supporting with diary management, researching and arranging venues and catering for various meetings and events across the three counties, supporting with preparation of meeting papers, support on setting up and maintaining systems and databases, dealing with issues, concerns and clarifications, creating documents, spreadsheets and presentations and supporting on travel arrangements for staff occasionally.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
3.1 General administration
3.1.1 Provide ad-hoc support to the Administrators
3.1.2 Meeting and greeting visitors, offering refreshments, taking guests to relevant meeting rooms and be polite and well mannered at all times.
3.1.3 Take calls from staff, clinicians and other professional organisations in an efficient, tactful and professional manner
3.1.4 Utilise the NIHR Hub (including Gmail and Google Drive) and other information systems (e.g. spreadsheets) as required.
3.1.5 Ensure documents are filed and tracked for continuity of service.
3.1.6 Arranging meetings, including sourcing venues, preparing relevant paperwork including agendas and directions, helping with paperwork.
3.1.7 Liaise with relevant staff within NHS organisations and other NIHR departments, maintaining a professional and courteous manner at all times.
3.1.8 Provide divisional support to Project Coordinators and RDM’s with organising meetings and events, producing data/charts from ODP for our Partners
