If so, I am recruiting for a Key Account Manager/Customer Service Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers wishing to place orders and make enquiries on products and services.
This is being offered as either temporary to permanent or straight permanent.
M-F, 37.5 hours, hybrid.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to all Key Account customer contacts in a professional and efficient manner
• Ensure administration of the order process is completed
• Plan deliveries dates and times alongside the Third party logistics warehouse
• Deal with Key Account Customer enquiries, claims & complaints through to the satisfaction of the customer or escalate to the Senior Customer Service Specialist
• Ensure all activities are carried out within prescribed lead times ensuring KPI’s can be achieved
• Build a solid relationship with Field Sales Teams and work with them to deliver customer commitments
• Complete any relevant customer or channel specific activities as requested by the Senior Customer Service Specialist
• Ensure customer and order data is maintained in the relevant system in line with company and team standards.
Key attributes:
• A minimum of 2 years Customer Service experience, particularly with Key Account customers
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate information and ideas articulately.
• A team player who is able to work and build relationships across other teams and functions
• Demonstrate excellent organizational and administrative skills
• An excellent telephone manner and the ability to stay composed under pressure
