REED Engineering Looking for Quality Technician at Cramlington Full Time
REED Engineering are delighted to be recruiting for a well known and long-standing production company based in Cramlington. The client is seeking to employ an experienced Quality professional who is keen to progress into a management role in the next 12-18 months (due to a planned retirement). As Quality Technician some of your key duties will include:
Demonstrate meaningful involvement by integrating OHSE into day-to-day life.
Actively participate in all OHSE training.
Ensure compliance with best practice, legislative requirements and all company’s initiatives in relation to Health and Safety.
Support and carry out risks assessments and inform your Supervisor of any new activity that needs to be performed within the area.
Take part in 6S activities as required.
Control of non-conforming product.
Understand and manage Internal and External Change control including, but not limited to, documentation, systems and specifications.
Operate within/to prescribed quality standards and systems at all times as defined by the Company and customer requirements.
