Duties of this role include:

• Be responsible for leading on the monthly pensions administration and reconciliation to ensure that changes are processed in a timely manner, information exchange with our pension provider(s) is accurate and seamless.
• Be responsible for submitting accurate and complete year-end processes and submissions including P11d’s meeting strict deadlines set by HMRC
• Assisting new starters and leavers, with up to date benefits information, ensuring relevant information is shared, ensuring staff are utilising the benefits, administering salary sacrifice arrangements and reviewing benefits offerings to ensure best value.
• Responsible for processing new starters, leavers and any staff changes through our payroll system, whilst also ensuring that all data held in the system is accurate and that reports can be obtained as needed.
• Assisting with regular audits and reviews to ensure data integrity and compliance within HR, payroll, and benefits systems.
• Be the first point of contact with our payroll provider ADP, conducting ongoing reviews of service improvements.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and changes in legislation related to payroll and benefits, and implement necessary adjustments to company policies and procedures.
• Answering queries resolving problems and issues promptly, delivering excellent customer service standards.
• Providing managers and staff with clear and accurate HR advice and support to enable the business to achieve its aims

This role is a hybrid position and will require you to attend the office one day per week.
