We are The Regenda Group, and we regenerate places and create opportunities for people. We have a fantastic opportunity to join our team at M&Y Maintenance and Construction as a Health & Safety Business Partner and you might be exactly who we’re looking for!
The role
The main purpose of this role is to provide Health and Safety guidance, advice, and site inspections across all M&Y work streams, including construction, planned works and responsive repairs.
We are looking for someone with Health and Safety experience with a particular emphasis on construction. They would also be required to hold NEBOSH General and Construction certificates.
This is an exciting time to join M&Y with large scale new build sites expecting to start this year and various work projects from planned works to EWI already underway. The role will help to keep our staff and residents safe whilst complying with all relevant legislation.
This position will be considered for flexible or part-time working patterns and benefits from additional flexibility through our hybrid office / home working model.
