The role
The purpose of this role is primarily to ensure cleaning schedule is maintained. You will deal with any customer or client requests and will also be ordering and maintaining stock levels as part of the role.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with internal office staff, colleagues, managers and customers and will report any equipment which is not fully functioning to their Line Manager. As with any employee, you will be required to attend and participate in training and information sessions relating to Health and Safety and relevant processes.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience of delivering cleaning services in line with the client requirements. You will be reliable, methodical, accurate and have a keen eye for detail. You will demonstrate excellent standards of communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
We are looking for a candidate that not only completes jobs by the target date but also shows a high degree of initiative to query jobs and liaise with office staff and managers (eg suggesting how efficiencies can be gained etc). The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills in order to prioritise their workload, and have a full awareness of relevant health and safety requirements and considerations.
A full UK driving licence and basic DBS check is required for this role.
