In the UK, Polestar is small team driven by the goal of becoming the first consideration for fleets when considering electric vehicles. Demand for their first car, the Polestar 2, has been overwhelming. As such, they want to accelerate the pace at which customer can access Polestar people, services, and products. The team are committed to continually improving their processes to deliver an industry leading fleet customer experience.
Fleet Support Executive – The Role:
In this role the primary responsibility is to focus on administrative tasks and provide support to the UK Fleet Team as volumes continue to grow. The Fleet Support Executive will work closely with the Global Sales Administration Team to ensure orders are progressed accurately and within timescales set.
This will include, but not be limited to:
• Responding to pre-order queries including price/specification, lead times, stock availability and reservations
• Supporting post-order queries including status updates, order enquiries, address changes and reviewing order amendments
• Supporting post-delivery queries including resolution of missing handover documents and invoice queries
• Be an escalation point for orders that have missing/incorrect information
• Function as part of the Inside Sales Team and contribute to outbound customer contact tasks such as event follow ups and fleet test drives – ensuring that data is logged accurately to improve insight and analytics to support future activity
• Support the Polestar and ROI teams in developing and improving process documentation to continuously improve the UK order process
Person Specification:
• IT literate with experience of Office packages
• Working knowledge of Salesforce or equivalent CRM package
• Good attention to detail
• Problem solving
• Proactive and engaging
• Agile and dynamic with the ability to operate in a fast-moving environment
• Solution oriented and inquisitive – with the ability to analyse problems and explore possible solutions and outcomes
