RG Consultancy are working with a successful manufacturing company who are recruiting a financial controller to report to their Managing Director, oversee the company’s financial performance, and guide its accounting operations. You would be the go-to person in finance with a small team reporting into you.
Key responsibilities of the Financial Controller:
• Overseeing and preparing income statements
• Streamlining accounting functions and operations
• Managing financial transactions – including payroll and company pensions
• Managing and developing the accounts team
• Overseeing and preparing financial reports and income statements
Key essentials of the Financial Controller:
• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong leadership and managerial skills, able to lead and develop a successful, cohesive finance team
