Cambridge – Hybrid working (1 day a week on site)

This company is an exciting AI Driven scale-up in the medical devices field. Through growth they are looking for a Sales Manager to join their growing team.
In this role you will develop and execute commercial and business development strategies that drive profitable revenue growth and market expansion within the medical device and healthcare market. The role will focus on the UK provider market, establishing growth across the NHS and provider landscape.
The ideal candidate will be a sales professional with experience working in the UK healthcare market.

The role:
*Identify, develop and implement commercial and business development strategies to achieve revenue, profit, and market share targets in the UK medical device and healthcare market.
*Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships with the NHS, independent healthcare providers, and other associated commercial organisations.
*Develop commercial proposals and negotiation strategies for customers and partners to secure sustainable, scalable, and profitable contracts and agreements.
*Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and foster relationships with key stakeholders.
*Hybrid working, a minimum of 1 day a week on site in Cambridge. Flexible working hours.
The person:
*Sales Manager, BDM, Area Sales experience within the UK Healthcare market
*Experience selling and negotiating at ICB level (integrated care board)
*Any experience within medical devices beneficial
*Degree in a relevant scientific or medical discipline beneficial
