In this position you will respond to customer queries and product failures whilst delivering excellent customer service levels. You will also work in the engineering team to investigate and fault find electrical and electronic equipment as well assemble, test and maintain a range of technical products.

The Person:

* Build, test and assemble a range of technical products

* Fault find and repair a range of electrical and electronic equipment

* Provide technical support to customers regarding queries and product failures

* Be required to visit customer on occasions

The Role:

* Electrical Engineering background

* Hold an electrical qualification

* Good customer service skills
