£40,000 – £45,000 DOE + Medical Cover + Flexible Working Hours + Up to 35 days Holiday (plus bank holidays) + Contribution Pension
This is an excellent opportunity to join a major industry manufacturer, undergoing an huge IT/infrastructure overhaul in the wake of massive investment.
This company has been going for 50 years as a leading British producer in their industry. With recent investment they are expanding their team for new projects and bringing infrastructure maintenance in-house – a huge task they will be completing this year and which you will contribute to.
In this role you will manage, plan and deploy network infrastructure for both office IT, and also network infrastructure in their manufacturing facilities. The whole job will take place in a single location, requiring driving around a large-scale industrial site.
The ideal candidate must have clearly demonstrable experience working with CISCO network equipment, must possess a full UK driving licence and indefinite leave to remain in the UK. Good experience with switching, routing, firewall, LAN/WAN is also very important for this role.

The Role:
Deploying/maintaining Network Infrastructure in office and industrial facilities.
Managing network cabling installations
Upgrading paths of the network infrastructure
Troubleshooting critical incidents.
The person:
Experience working with CISCO network equipment *indispensable*
CCNA and CCNP qualifications are useful.
Full UK driver’s licence and *indispensable*.
Indefinite leave to remain / British national status *indispensable*
Experience with switching, routing, firewall, LAN/WAN, Wifi.
