We are working with a luxury retail brand in their search for a HR Analyst / Controller to provide support to the in house HR community on all matters relating to HR cost controlling (data, systems, processes, and reporting). A key part of the role is to be the custodian of all HR cost data, being the bridge between HR and Finance in relation to our global HR cost data. The role will report into the Head of Reward.
Hybrid working – 2 days per week in London
£45 – £50K
Experience required: Must have at least 2-3 years as a HR Analyst / Payroll Analyst supporting HR with their numerical data.
This role involves managing the budget and actual costs related to HR for the UK Corporate entity within the organization.
