Search are proud to be working with a exciting company on their search for a CNC Turner to join their growing facility based in Consett. This role is a permanent opportunity. Monday to Friday with an early finish on the Friday. Your primary purpose of the role is to production of components from drawings, using Puma CNC machines.
Responsibilities:
Production of components from drawings, using Puma CNC machines.
Working with tolerances up to 0.02mm.
Timely production of parts to pre-determined deadlines
Produce work to the highest quality standard to achieve customer satisfaction.
Work within British Standards as per company procedures.
To take part in specialist or multi-disciplinary team activities.
Experience:
Time-served CNC Turner with experience of Fanuc programming
Experience on Puma machine
Previous production / mechanical background
Able to interpret engineering drawings
Enthusiastic, ”can do” attitude
Able to work on own initiative
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work to deadlines.
