Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Are you a Electrically biased Maintenance Engineer?
Can you carry out reactive fault finding and repair?
Are you able to work in a fast paced company?
Search are proud to be working with specialist company based in Washington. The role of a Multi skilled Maintenance Engineer is to take ownership of the reactive and proactive maintenance needs of the business and Support in the identification and installations of new machinery. This a permanent role available immediately.
Responsibilities:
Planned, preventative and reactive maintenance and engineering
Breakdown response
Carry out reactive fault-finding diagnostics and repair
Support in the identification and installations of new machinery
To maintain and improvement our maintenance schedule of equipment and machines
Project work including the development of systems and processes
Competencies:
Ability to follow and fault find using electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic and engineering drawings
Talented problem solver / fault finding
Diagnostics
Previous knowledge of CNC machinery
PLC experience
Woodwork manufacturing repairs and maintenance (desirable)
Mechanical or Electrical HNC
Time served
Level 3 in Maintenance or Engineering
Maintenance experience gained within manufacturing.
Salary is negotiable depending upon experience.
