ERP Manager / Systems Manager

£45,000 – £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Gillingham, Kent (with occasional travel to sister site)

Full Time Permanent position

We are looking for a ERP / Systems Manager to support a growing manufacturing operation in Kent. This is an exciting opportunity to get on board with a growing company who aim to become the biggest contract manufacturer in the UK.

As the ERP Manager you will be charged with overseeing the company wide ERP systems, taking charge of improvements and identifying opportunities for improvements.

Day to Day

• Responsible for company-wide best use of ERP system, optimising the opportunities afforded by automation and data to support company growth
• Maintain and improve the ERP system
• Maintain optimum stock levels; manage stock control and re-order system for all third party suppliers. Ensuring stock value and quantities are correctly reflected.
• Integration of internal systems including new Product Configurator, CRM and accounts system
• Look for opportunities to improve our internal processes through automation and systems

Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience

• Systems experience in optimising production and stock control environments
• Experience programming or developing in SQL software or similar ERP database systems
• Great communicator and collaborator – this role will work across and support all functions in the business.
• Organised and able to deliver complex projects
• Able to see the “big picture” of how systems should work and then get down to the detail of data and hands on implementation and training

Pay & Benefits

• A basic salary of up to £50,000 per annum
• 5% annual bonus (performance related)
