This manufacturer are looking for someone to join their team as a Process Engineer. You’ll mainly be responsible for the methods, processes and equipment used for the manufacturing of products, and to provide the professional lead in the Process Engineering team to ensure that the objectives are completed to plan.
You’ll also play an active part in the development phase of new products as well as improvements to existing equipment, ensuring all the correct lean manufacturing steps are taken to produce the product.

Some of the things you’ll be tasked with will include designing new systems and processes for NPD, design of tooling and means for manufacturing, Develop & update SOP’s, build prototyes, manage projects, provide technical support whilst all the time developing relationships with other team members.
You’ll work in the busy town of Stowmarket. Public transport isn’t the best so you’ll need your own transport to get there and back.

By the way, if you’re wondering if you need qualifications, ideally you’ll be degree educated or be time served, have CAD experience (Solidworks), be both Mechanically & Electrically minded as well as have NPI experience.
