The opportunity as a Customer Service & Sales Manager:
This role will report into the Retail Operations Manager supporting our ever-growing expansion of our flagship retail account. Our retail teams, with the support of our technology, process home delivery for in-store purchases. As the popularity of the service increases and as we continue to grow with our account, there is a greater need to create operational efficiency and ensure our in store teams become high performing, process compliant, customer centric teams.
Your responsibilities:
As a Customer Service & Sales Manager, your main objective is to get the very best out of our in store reps.
Ensuring they have the support and capability to provide excellent customer service to our retail partner’s customers. Your team will need to be operationally sound, process tolerant and excel in front of customers and stakeholders, whilst upholding the Shift brand to the highest standard. You’ll do this through a range of mentoring, coaching and team development, as well as leading by example at our delivery desks and across the wider store.
