Our client is constructing 5 x 275kV Transformers. The need to do bunds, piling and work in the bays. The also need to do the ITP’s (the Inspection & Test Plan).

Duties:

– Supervise and oversee civil construction projects from start to finish
– Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations
– Do the ITP’s
– Coordinate and schedule work activities with subcontractors and suppliers
– Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management
– Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and safety standards are met
– Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
– Review and approve project documentation, including plans, drawings, and reports

You experience will be:

– NG Person
– Full UK Driving Licence
– Significant of experience in civil construction supervision
– Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
– Sound knowledge concrete pouring and slump tests
– Excellent leadership and communication skills
– Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
– Proficient in using construction management software and tools
