Our Major Projects Team currently has an exciting opportunity for a new Head of Offsite Construction.
MISSION
- To grow our sales revenues and market penetration within the Offsite Construction sector through the development of existing customers with a OneSika (multi-product) commercial approach and the opening of new business accounts that can be serviced effectively.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain current sales revenues and generate profitable new business within the UK Offsite Construction market by ensuring high levels of customer service and support.
- Develop new opportunities through market research and new customer engagement.
- Develop effective relationships with key decision makers and influencers such as offsite manufacturers, architects, application contractors and trade associations.
- Provide technical advice and assist with problem solving utilising Sika products.
- Execute the Offsite Construction sales strategy that reflects our potential for growth within the UK market.
- Share relevant information and activity, engaging with major projects and target market colleagues to coordinate support in securing and delivering new specifications and sales.
- Report projects and opportunities through salesforce and management reports.
WORKING HOURS
40 per week Monday to Friday
The position is home based but national travel and overnight stays are occasional required to fulfil customer and management requirements
