Staff 365 Recruitment Services Looking for Skilled Machine Operators at Rotherham , South Yorkshire Full Time

Staff365 are actively sourcing experienced semi-skilled machine operators from either an automated or FMCG background and ideally who have worked within a manufacturing or production environment.

Our client is looking for individuals who have past operating experience but with a desire to learn new skills and operations. With the machinery onsite being not only bespoke but extremely sophisticated we are keen to speak with candidates who have a solid understanding of balancing quality with quantity.

Key duties will include:

• Being responsible for not only production levels and hitting targets but also liaising with maintenance to identify and rectify any common faults.
• Safely operate and monitor production output from bespoke automated machinery.
• Quality check finished products.
• Record and report any issues.
• Complete relevant production paperwork and enter information correctly using the company’s bespoke system.

Hours Of Work: Rotating Shift Patterns, Days (6am – 2pm) Afters (2pm – 10pm) and Nights (10pm – 6am, shift allowance for Nights)

This is a 12 week temp – permanent opportunity

Pay rate: £11.50 days/afters £12.80 nights with overtime available.
