£45,000 + £5,000 car allowance + bonus up to 20%

The role supports a region and is part of the People Team. You will be working in partnership with the Regional Director and be responsible for driving and implementing the people strategy across the region and be responsible for the transactional day to day HR to include ER, talent management, succession planning, recruitment, performance management, appraisals, development, inductions and ER.
This position will work in partnership with its HR colleagues, particularly the Recruitment Manager and Central HR as well as working closely with the Regional team.
The successful candidate will have industry experience in multi-site HR operations in leisure, hospitality or retail sector. You will be a bright, ambitious HR professional with a clear understanding of broad range of HR and possess the flexibility to operate on broad policy level as well as detailed case management level.
Supporting a range of employees across your region you will be extremely customer focused and show excellent relationship and rapport building ability. Must have strong influencing skills and the ability to make things happen through others. You will demonstrate good interpersonal skills along with flexibility and the ability to manage multiple and complex tasks. Degree Qualified and HR qualification preferred, but not essential.
35 hours a week – a home based role you will manage your own diary with travel to your regional sites.
