We have an immediate requirement for an experienced recruiter to work on a flexi hours basis to suit your lifestyle & needs.
Note all roles covered are permanent roles mainly in the £25k – £75k bracket.
Within this role you will work with an existing client base to cover their permanent management roles as well as looking to develop business within this client base further. You will lead the whole recruiting process from vacancy take on through to offer. Above all else you will be trained to recruit in the Strive which is a best-in-class level of service.
The ideal candidate?
An experienced recruiter with a proven track record of consistent billing
Comfortable working under your own self discipline
The ability to build rapport at all levels
Equally comfortable in managing existing accounts & developing new business
