We are a recruitment agency that specializes in helping exceptional interior designers find work. Due to a high volume of work, we are actively recruiting for an accounts assistant. This part-time role would be based in our city centre Norwich office working alongside the studio manager.
You will take ownership of managing the transactional side of the business.
Your main duties will include:
• Accounts payable; posting weekly invoices and collating timesheets
• Accounts receivable; weekly invoicing
• Reconciling credit card
• Communicating and interacting with suppliers and customers, account & statement reconciliations
• Supporting the studio manager with any other ad hoc duties as required
You will have relevant accounts experience and be competent in using Sage 50.
This role will be one day a week or two mornings a week. You can be paid as self-employed or PAYE.
