This post is based in our Marketing Intelligence team, part of the Marketing, Recruitment, and International Directorate. The Directorate is the home of admissions, recruitment, marketing, fundraising and development as well as the international teams.
We are looking for an insight professional who is experienced in both quantitative and qualitative research to support a variety of projects. With a passion for understanding the motivations and behaviours of people, your work will support colleagues across MRI and the wider university to use the outcomes to inform their decisions. You will commission and conduct primary and secondary research while working in a dynamic team with a variety of skills.
The post holder will be part of the dynamic Marketing Intelligence team who are provide marketing intelligence, analysis, research and reporting on the global higher education market to provide an evidence-based approach to the University’s marketing activity and product innovation. The Marketing, Recruitment and International Directorate is an award-winning team including Gold Investors in People and shortlisted for Best Newcomer and Excellence in Leadership and Management.
We are looking for someone who is professional, self-motivated, and thrives in a team environment. You have evidence of taking pride in and delivering successful professional services and solutions. You will require experience of providing a caring approach to your customers, understanding priorities when delivering the needs of the customer, knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods, able to manage a variety projects, and able to present information in a clear and concise format.
