A large, newly built state of the art Care Home in the South Oxfordshire area currently has an exciting vacancy for an RGN or RMN qualified Staff Nurse to join their clinical team on nights.
Details of this Night Staff Nurse vacancy and what the successful candidate can expect to receive:
• Permanent, full-time contract to work 36 hours per week on night shifts
• Excellent hourly rate of £28.00 per hour including paid breaks, which comes to an annual salary £52,416

As Night Staff Nurse, you will manage and implement care for a caseload of residents in the home, ensuring care plans are up to date and meeting both resident needs and legal requirements. You will also safely manage and administer drugs and medications in addition to leading a team of HCAs on the night shift in the delivery of high-quality care.
What we are looking for in a Night Staff Nurse:
• NMC Registered qualified Adult/RGN or Mental Health/RMN Nurse
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and a kind and compassionate approach
• Well organised with strong communication, administrational and record keeping skills
