A leading Building Services company currently have a key requirement for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join their team and carry out Service/ Maintenance and Reactive Breakdown on HVAC Plant room equipment. Working London and Home Counties.

As a Mechanical Engineer you will:

· Mechanical Engineer will be completing service/maintenance, as well as reactive breakdowns on mechanical HVAC plant, AHU’s/ FCU’s and pumps.

· Mechanical Engineer will undertake commercial pipe fitting tasks in Boiler Plant rooms

· Mechanical Engineer to complete plumbing tasks as and when required

· Mechanical Engineer will live in commutable distance to London

Requirements for the Mechanical Engineers: –

· Mechanical Engineer will have experience in service/ maintenance and reactive breakdowns on mechanical HVAC plant, AHU’s/ FCU’s and pumps.

· Mechanical Engineer to have experience in Commercial Pipe Fitting tasks in Boiler Plant rooms

· Mechanical Engineer to have an NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering

· Mechanical Engineer will live in commutable distance to London

Mechanical Engineer will receive £38,000 – £40,000 basic + Holiday + pension + package
