Main duties of the job
You will have extensive experience of working within an inpatient and or community service for adults with complex mental health needs and have relevant post qualifying qualification.
You are required to have a high level of clinical expertise in working with people who present with personality and relational based needs. You will have a positive attitude towards service users with personality and relational difficulties. You will have an awareness of the clinical difficulties that arise for individuals and teams and be able to lead by example. The post requires the highest standards of professional practice, and exceptional communication and relationship skills.
It also requires the ability to be responsive and rapidly integrate with multi-disciplinary teams working collaboratively and providing clear leadership when required to professionals working within and outside the Trust.
