Due to an exciting phase of growth there is now a very rare opportunity for an electronically minded Product Manager to join the leading global manufacturer of sealed connectors and components. If you have been involved with business development and are very proactive then this role could be for you!

The role involves

• Managing the entire product range of which you are responsible for
• Developing and launching new products to market
• Finding new product and business opportunities by analysing potential sectors and applications
• Work alongside all departments needed to fulfil product responsibilities
• Drive a solution for development
• Global responsibility for the interconnect product line
• Delivering the new product design road-map
• Managing the product life-cycle

Experience that you will need to bring

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
• Product management experience within either electronic components, manufacturing or distribution
• Proven experience in business development activities
• Researching and analysing new business opportunities
• Proven experience in achieving business objectives through people management
• Knowledge in market forces and conditions – how this reflects on the product portfolio and road-map
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven experience in managing client expectations
