Residential Sales Negotiator – Southborough, Tunbridge Wells – £21,500 starting salary
Are you an energetic and motivated individual looking to make a mark in residential sales? We have an exciting opportunity for a Residential Sales Negotiator to join this highly successful, independent agency based in Southborough, Tunbridge Wells.
About the role:
This is a fast-paced, highly client focused role, you will be:
* Registering clients
* Conducting residential property viewings.
* Carrying out various associated administration duties, ensuring delivery of exceptional client service and achieving outstanding results.
About you:
* Prior sales negotiation experience is desirable, however a strong passion for customer service, sales and results and a tenacious, driven attitude are equally welcomed, as this company are committed to providing comprehensive training.
* You should also have strong communication and influencing skills
* Be confident in dealing with clients.
* Excellent IT skills and an organised, proactive approach are also required.
* If you also have good knowledge of the local area, this would be advantageous.
*Please note that a full driving licence and access to own vehicle are required, due to the nature of the position*

Compensation: Starting at £21,500 (Negotiable based on experience).
Plus Profit Share: Following successful completion of probation.
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, with alternate Saturdays, 9:00 am – 4:30 pm (with a weekday off in lieu).
