Accounts Assistant
Temporary for 2 – 3 months
Based in Shoreham
Hybrid working (3 days in the office)
£12 – £13.50 per hour
Tony Alan Recruitment currently has a new job opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join a leading and well-known business in the Shoreham area on a short term temporary role.
Your duties will include:
- Data analysis before posting
- Post sales receipts into internal credit control system
- Post non-sales receipts into accounting software
- Batch upload sales receipts into accounting software
- Perform reconciliation between billing system and accounting system
- Report on all payments and receipts in line with chart of accounts
- Liaise with sales and purchase ledgers teams as required
- Ad-hoc administrative duties including banking, post review, filing, simple invoicing
Key requirements:
- Previous accounts receivable experience
- Confident in using Excel
- Available to start now
