Our client is a very well established, reputable company providing specialist payroll and accounting services in the UK for over 10 years. Based in the heart of Canterbury City Centre they are looking to recruit experienced administrators to join their vibrant, very busy and growing team.
The company offers very competitive salaries and benefits, the working hours are 09:00 to 17:30 with an hour for lunch and a very friendly and vibrant working environment.
Although they do not offer parking onsite, parking permits can be obtained for £30.00 a month in very local car parks, and they are only minutes away from the train station and bus links.
Key Duties
- Providing administrative support to ensure smooth running of payroll office
- Liaising with existing clients via telephone and email
- Support with the conversion of new clients
- Assisting Account Managers in preparing and following up onboarding paperwork
- Maintain and update company systems
- General administration support for other departments when required
- Adhoc reporting
- Minute taking at meetings
- Prepare refreshments for visitors
- Continuously look for way to improve current practice and processes
Skills Required
- Strong background in administration support
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office/365
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Attention to detail is essential
