Role: Training Coordinator
Location: Middlesbrough
Salary: £20k – £25k
The Role
Take ownership of the administration function supporting the Trigon Recruitment Client learning provision, ensuring all system and records are accurately created and maintained.
• Provide a professional first line welcome and support for all visitors and learners (as required).
• Provide timely tracking, monitoring, and challenge of learner attendance to support retention of learners, working closely with Tutors and TEOs in the region.
• Build professional and effective relationships with learners that support them to progress in learning and life.
• Generate and action daily reports to ensure that learner journey paperwork is processed in a timely manner, ensuring that funding claims are supported with necessary evidence.
• Support with the timely completion and submission of learner paperwork, liaising with peers and Central Operations Team members (where required) to clear anomalies/errors.
• Lead on the system administration to ensure effective use of the Trigon Recruitment Client Social Recruitment Framework, working with colleagues across the business to ensure learners are linked with appropriate job vacancies and sector opportunities.
• Work closely with colleagues locally and across the wider business to ensure the smooth running of your business area, supporting colleagues with tasks and activities (as required).
• Manage learner communications post course, including the distribution of certificates to learners and completion of learner surveys.
• Use data and market intelligence to support senior leaders and inform business planning.
• Act as a brand ambassador with learners and stakeholders, role modelling our trademarks.

• Will be required to update MIS records in processing learner start and completion paperwork
•Will be required to track learner destination and progression.
Essential Criteria
GCSE Grade C or above equivalent in Maths and English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Desirable Criteria:
Ability to plan, organise and prioritise own workload.
Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Understanding of audit and compliance / adult skills delivery rules.
High level of attention to detail
Good knowledge of IT based system
Ability to work flexible hours and locations (within reason) when required.
Maturity to deal with people with complex lives and challenging behaviors.
Strong IT skills
Experience of handling sensitive data and maintaining confidential records.
Experience of working in an administration environment.
