Service Desk Engineer
Are you a Service Desk Engineer looking for your next exciting opportunity?
This leading charity is going through a sustained period of growth and are currently looking to invest in a Service Desk Engineer to join their growing team, based in Tower bridge, London.
As the Service Desk Engineer, you will be responding to any escalated incidents, analysing and troubleshooting. You will be responsible for all things Microsoft/365, rollouts/upgrades of new devices, as well as maintaining and managing all corporate end user devices (e.g. desktops, laptops and mobiles).
Skills required from the Service Desk Engineer:
Service Desk Engineer / Level 2 Support / IT Support Engineer / 2nd Line Support Engineer
Salary: £28,000-£33,000 per year + benefits
Location: Tower bridge, London (Hybrid)
