About the role
This is a varied role which includes day to day reactive maintenance to the buildings, refurbishment, and project work, planned preventative maintenances, not to mention building furniture, and making signs.
You will take part in an on-call rota that attracts an additional allowance and overtime opportunities.
This role is offered on a full time (36.5 hours per week) permanent basis.

About the Department
Working in Estates Department who are responsible for the strategic planning, development and management of the University’s lands and buildings, you will join the Building Services team. Your new role will include but not be limited to planned and unplanned maintenance activities in academic buildings, residences and sports facilities.
