The post is offered on a part time basis 18.25 hours per week on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will provide administrative support to the HR team, acting as the first point of contact for enquiries on a wide range of HR topics. You will be critical in providing an outstanding service for recruitment campaigns, looking after the administrative functions for the whole process right the way through to the new member of staffs induction. You will also assist in processing casual payroll on a monthly basis. This is a varied role and you will have the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of HR for the department providing crucial support to the team.
You will have GCSE (grade A-C) level Maths and English or equivalent. You will have experience of relevant administrative work including the ability to use Microsoft Office and email, and be able to provide a high level of customer service with accuracy and attention to detail. Having the ability to prioritise work ensuring that deadlines are met is an essential requirement. You will also have an awareness of GDPR, information security and have the ability to work with discretion when working with sensitive and confidential information.
