This post is based in the Department of Neuroscience within the Sheffield Institute for Translational Neuroscience (SITraN). The post holder will be supporting the MIROCALS project, a European funded project, to look at the effect of low dose interleukin-2 (IL2) in patients with motor neurone disease (MND). As a member of the MIROCALS team, your primary role will be to support the analysis and validation of resulting gene expression profiles from samples ran on Affymetrix microarrays to establish gene signatures for participants responding to low dose IL-2. You will be expected to produce reports on research findings for communication to the project team and collaborators.
