About the vacancy:
Are you ready to support the delivery of a range of professional service and student recruitment events activities and projects to support the University’s agreed strategy, targets, and objectives? If you are a well-organised and customer focused individual up for a challenge, then read on to find out if you could be the next Marketing and Recruitment Assistant.
You will be working across the Future Students, Communications and Marketing function. With various tools and through appropriate channels, the focus will be on ensuring the successful operational delivery of marketing activity and recruitment and outreach events and activities.
You will also be working closely with the Faculty and Services Marketing Team managing enquiries and incoming requests and liaising with stakeholders by providing marketing and communications advise and support to staff in faculties, services, and external customers.
About you:
You can demonstrate experience working in marketing. You’ll be a bit of an all-rounder by demonstrating experience across the marketing spectrum including copywriting, recruitment and outreach events, campaign-planning and photo shoots-planning.
You are organised and you can deal with a number of projects and tasks running concurrently at any one time; you’re a team player and you collaborate with Future Students, Communications and Marketing colleagues as well as build relationships with external university departments and services to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
This post is based at our lively Frenchay campus where we have invested in the latest facilities and resources to give both our staff and students access to everything they need to succeed – £300m has been invested in new state-of-the-art learning spaces and accommodation while we continue to develop incredible new facilities to enhance our offer even further.
