This 2-year Graduate Programme in Data is designed to give the successful candidates experience of working in our UK and International Compliance teams. Our Data Graduates will gain valuable experiences from understanding complex technical legislation, working with our extensive packaging weights database, and interacting with large blue-chip companies and household brands such as Superdry, Sainsbury’s, ASOS, Nando’s, JD Sports, Tesco and Miele.
As part of the Data Academy you will rotate through different teams, learning all about Valpak and how we help our customers whilst picking up plenty of transferable skills along the way. You will need to be confident working with data and engaging with customers and happy to keep up with the fast-paced learning. At the end of the academy, you will be working as a Senior Account Manager with lots of options for ongoing development.
You’ll have access to funded external and internal training in Data, Customer Service, Presentation Skills and the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA) and if you chose the international route, we can offer some help with languages. All of this is geared towards kick starting your career and personal development.

You’ll need to have, or be on course to achieve, a minimum 2:1 degree in ideally a STEM or Environmental subject.
