Salary/ Benefits
£32,000 – £36,000 + holiday & pension

Our client in an independent review body, that investigates any complaints made against any public sector body.
The Ideal Person
Experience in reporting of data from WorkPro highly sought after
Experience of the Systems Development Lifecycle and User Acceptance Testing.
Experience of identifying business needs and translating them into User Requirement documentation and System Change Specifications.
Experience in supporting projects, customers, and System Auditing.
Experience of working within a Public Body or Government Service environment.
Experience of supporting and developing of Web Portals.
Responsibilities
As IT & Corporate Reporting Officer, you will;
Interpret data, analyse results and identify trends using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports to assist senior management from the use of WorkPro
Creation of bespoke datasets and demonstrating an understanding of data sources from SQL Reporting;
Identifying and developing new process improvement opportunities
Provide in house triage (first line response) for all internal IT issues, escalating to third parties where necessary;
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners;
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks replacing equipment/accounts where necessary;
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Management of UAT and live Workpro site to ensure all changes applied are consistently applied across both sites
