ASD Teaching Assistant
We are working with an outstanding school in the London Borough of Hackney offering education for 4-16-year-olds with highly specialised provisions for learners with autism. This school has a child-centred approach to teaching and learning and they are looking for a confident, creative Teaching Assistant to add value to their supportive, successful, and friendly team.
Summary:
Full time
Full academic year position
September or Immediate start (term time only)
Opportunity to work within an excellent specialist SEN school
£80 – £90 a day (DOE)
SEN experience required
Based in Hackney

Key skills & Experience:
Previous SEN experience (Autism, speech and language, challenging behaviour, life skills, personal care)
A passion for education and creating an inspirational environment for children to flourish within
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong behaviour management
One to one and small group work
Professional manor
Enthusiastic and friendly approach
