Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the learning and development of children aged 0-5 years in our early years setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and delivering age-appropriate activities and educational programs.
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children.
• Support children’s emotional, social, and intellectual development.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized learning space.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and well-being.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Level 3 Early Years Qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent)
• Previous experience working with young children is preferred but not essential.
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and a caring disposition.
