Responsibilities:
– Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
– Support individuals with mobility and transfers
– Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
– Monitor and record vital signs
– Assist with meal preparation and feeding
– Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals
– Communicate effectively with individuals, their families, and healthcare professionals
– Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
– Follow care plans and ensure individual needs are met

Requirements:
– Updated CV
– DBS on Updated service
– Mandatory, Practical and Online trainings**
– Social Worker Number (If Any)
– Immunization Certificates
– Passport Copy and BRP Card
– Right to Work

– References (covers 3-5 years)
