£110 – £189 per day
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent teaching experience in either Key Stage across 2 -4.
Vision for Education is looking to recruit qualified Teachers to meet an increasing demand in Crawley specifically teaching in specialist settings and alternative provisions as a SEND Teacher.
The role:
The SEND Teacher would be responsible for delivering engaging lessons to pupils with a wide range of SEND statements and ability levels across Key Stage 2 – 4, depending on your experience and preferences. The SEND Teacher role would suit a candidate who is an excellent role model will a calm demeanour and positive mindset.
Previous experience working in a specialist setting is not essential but could be beneficial. This SEND Teacher role would be ideal for a newly qualified teacher seeking their first post or equally an experienced teacher interested in developing their career.
To be considered for the SEND Teacher role, you will:
Have experience teaching students aged between 5 – 16
Be flexible and highly motivated
Have th ability to manage behaviour effectively
Have a friendly and approachable manner
