Our client, an industry innovator and leader in its field, is looking to hire a credible and dynamic Commercial Pricing Manager to join its talented team. This is a pivotal role for the business and will be instrumental in securing the future success and continued profitability of this highly-regarded, consumer facing organisation.
Main duties include:
* Responsibility for sales pricing and setting new pricing by site
* Maintaining pricing framework and providing commercial support to business case all offers and promotions
* Working with the CRM Manager on delivering strong price messages for lead generation
* Reflecting trends and updating data points
* Reviewing competitor data on pricing and ensuring appropriate price across sites
* Setting targets so that stock is managed in line with usage strategy and sales budget
* Working closely with Supply Planning to ensure correct volumes are ordered and can be delivered
Key skills & experience required:
* Strong numerical skills and advanced Excel
* Excellent communication, capable of building strong cross-functional relationships
* Proven track record in a similarly commercially focused, pricing role
* Able to influence across all lines of business
* Experience leading teams and mentoring others
* Comfortable working with large volumes of data and turning it into actionable insight
