JOB DESCRIPTION: Internal Sales Executive, Telesales, Account Manager, Customer Service Representative
With a split of 80% Account Management, 20% New Business Growth from mainly existing accounts you will be supporting a base of existing key customers, – identifying their needs, completing quotations and ensuring the highest level of customer service, through your honest, and value add ethos. You will also be working with our Business Development Managers to find and open new accounts.
It’ll be your task to manage your key accounts by:
· Providing a pro-active added value service offering solutions / products / services and support
· Work closely with Buyers, Project Managers and Supply Chain Managers.
· Make sure your customers are introduced to our full services portfolio by cross-selling and up-selling.
You’ll integrate account growth strategies for each of your clients, including, analysing their requirements and implementing an action plan to achieve your targets.
PERSON SPECIFICATION: Internal Sales Executive, Telesales, Account Manager or Customer Service Representative
We welcome applications from:
· Recent graduates looking for their first role in an Account Manager position
· Experienced Sales Executives, Telesales, Account Managers or Customer Service Representatives
· If you have any experience of industrial / electrical components, technology, supply chain or aerospace sectors it would be useful but not essential
You will also;

· Demonstrate the energy and drive to succeed through the use of your own initiative.
· Show how you put the customer first to achieve a positive outcome for all parties.
