Sales Administrator required to join a Main Dealer in Hampstead
£30k Basic + Car Benefit scheme on completion of Probation
Working Hours Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our clients team in Hampstead.
** Must have Motor Trade experience**
Objectives
Provide excellent support and administrative service to the Sales Department and cover other branches as directed.
Develop effective manufacturer and supplier contact
Deal efficiently with customer requests and queries to ensure total customer satisfaction
Help retailer to achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency and cost control
Order new cars as requested by General Sales Manager
Assist Group Accountant with month end procedures, sales procedures and any other ad hoc duties as requested.
Develop effective manufacturer and supplier contact
Ensure that all documentation is dealt with in a timely manner
Notify General Sales Manager of all changes to manufacturer’s policies
Deal efficiently with customer requests and queries to ensure total customer satisfaction
Ensure courteous and cost-effective use of the telephone
Complete all administrative tasks required to complete a vehicle sale, from locating the vehicle through to issuing work requisitions/workshop instructions.
Collect batch numbers for invoices and ensure accurate invoicing of all sold vehicles, including delivering and posting costs to sold vehicles
Check and maintain reports, including demo and primary stock levels, to ensure compliance with brand standards.
Verify codes on sales orders
Ensure compliance to all health and safety procedures and company policy
Undertake other tasks and responsibilities, including training courses, as requested by the General Sales Manager / Operations Manager
Ensure the PDI is recorded.
